Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Favvi ("the Service"), an AI-powered guest communication and staff management platform for hospitality businesses, available at favvi.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Favvi provides hospitality businesses ("you", "your hotel") with an AI-powered guest chat assistant, a staff request dashboard, a staff knowledge assistant, guest feedback collection, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid business email address.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including portal, staff, and manager passwords, and for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.
3. Free Trial and Billing
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- After the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the price shown at signup, billed monthly, unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- If payment fails or your subscription lapses, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own product;
- Use the Service to send spam, harmful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
- The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to guests and staff. AI responses are generated automatically based on the information you configure for your hotel.
- While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for the accuracy of the hotel information you provide and for reviewing how the Service represents your business.
- Favvi is not liable for decisions made or actions taken by guests or staff based on AI-generated responses.
- You are responsible for informing your guests, where required by applicable law, that they are interacting with an automated system.
6. Your Data
- You retain ownership of the data you and your guests submit to the Service.
- You grant us the right to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit guest data to the Service and for complying with data protection laws applicable to your business.
7. Availability and Support
- We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

8. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your billing portal.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your data before termination.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favvi's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- Favvi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Favvi is legally established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
